F.I.R.E.

Flow, Intervals, Reps, Empowerment.

A balanced class that combines movement, strength, and recovery in one session. The first 30 minutes are a faster-paced, HIIT-style yoga sequence designed to elevate your heart rate, build strength, and challenge your coordination using bodyweight movement. The second half of class slows things down with a more intentional flow, focusing on breath, mobility, and stretching to help you reset and recover.

SLOW FLOW

A mindful vinyasa practice where breath links to movement at an unhurried pace. This class will help build strength, balance and flexibility while giving you more time to explore alignment and body awareness. Everyone is welcome, and this class is especially supportive for students newer to yoga or those wanting a steadier pace.

MOBILITY FOR ATHLETES

A gentle, guided class focused on stretching and improving how your body moves. It’s designed to support anyone who lifts, runs, or follows a regular exercise routine, helping you feel less tight, move more comfortably, and recover better.

This class is open to all levels and requires no prior mobility experience. Movements are simple, coached, and easy to modify, making it a great option whether you’re brand new to mobility work or just need a slower, feel-good session to balance your training.

Think of it as time to take care of your body so you can keep doing the workouts you love.

Settle into 60 minutes of deep release and quiet restoration. This Yin practice invites you to slow down, soften, and create space in the body through long-held, floor-based poses supported by props. Expect gentle stretches for the hips, spine and shoulders, with plenty of options to make each shape feel nourishing and accessible.

This class is beginner-friendly and perfect for anyone craving grounding, recovery, or a moment of quiet in a busy week.
