Beth Parker
Beth founded JC Movement Co. with nothing more than a dream of creating a space for all ages, genders, and fitness levels to come together and celebrate moving their bodies. Her background in fitness includes years of one-on-one and group training along with a background of collegiate dance.
Catch her coaching (or taking classes) that include her favorite style of movement, which are all things power and bodyweight. (Burpees are her favorite- crazy, we know.)

Sydney Davis
As a co-founder of JC Movement Co., Sydney brings a heart for building a space where people feel connected, supported, and seen. Her vision for a truly community-driven environment pairs seamlessly with Beth’s passion for creating a space that feels intentional and elevated — something far beyond a typical gym.
With a strong background in group fitness, Sydney is driven by a desire to bring movement, health, and community together in a meaningful way. She specializes in hybrid and functional training, blending strength and cardio to show how muscle development and heart health work hand-in-hand for long-term wellness.

Sherry Elliott
For Sherry, movement starts as joy. As a founding trainer at JC Movement Co., her passion lies in hybrid training- blending strength and conditioning with the intent of Hyrox performance.
With a degree in Exercise Science, she’s equally as devoted to helping everyday clients build strong movement patterns and mechanics that enhance how they move, feel, and live. Sherry’s approach blends purpose, performance and positivity, helping people rediscover the joy in moving well and feeling strong.

Kristie Arendale
Kristie discovered JC Movement Co at a marketing event and immediately connected with our mission. After injuries and medical challenges paused her active childhood, movement became her medicine—helping her regain confidence, strength, and a supportive community. That transformation inspired her to become a certified trainer, drawing on 20 years as an educator and counselor.
For the last eight years, she’s trained clients ages 5 to 85, specializing in strength and cardio endurance, mobility, and functional/obstacle-style training. Kristie believes fitness is about capability, confidence, and longevity—not just the scale. Her passion is helping people move with intention, overcome doubt, and build a healthier, stronger life.

Callie McGrew
Movement has been Callie’s source of confidence and community—from childhood sports to serving as an aircraft firefighter in the Navy. With experience in both wellness and city planning, she discovered her true passion is helping people feel safe, strong, and capable in their bodies.
Callie understands how intimidating fitness spaces can be and is committed to creating a welcoming environment for all. She loves playful, functional movement and hopes to bring that energy to JC Movement Co—supporting everyone from first-timers to seasoned athletes.

Jessica Bedard
Jessica’s love for movement began early with a love for sports, dance and cheer. She started her practice around 20 years ago, with recently achieving her 200hr certification. Yoga has always been a space for her to connect with herself -mind, body, and breath- and she hopes to be able to help others in their journey to discovering that as well.
